We're excited to welcome you aboard our luxurious cruise ship for an unforgettable day on the water! To reserve your cruise, simply select your preferred date and pay a deposit of 100€. This deposit will secure your reservation and allow us to prepare for your arrival.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll reach out to you to plan the details of your cruise. Our team will work with you to customize your experience and ensure that your day on the water is everything you imagined and more. We'll discuss your preferences for food and drinks, any special requests, and any other details to make your trip unforgettable. We want you to sit back, relax, and let us take care of everything.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes plans change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for your deposit. If you need to change your reservation dates, please let us know at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. In this case, we'll apply the deposit in full towards your new date.
As the deposit is non-refundable, in the event of a cancellation, we'll retain the full deposit amount as a cancellation fee. This policy ensures that we can manage our resources effectively and offer a high-quality experience for all of our guests.
In the event that the charter is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, either a full refund will be provided or the charter can be rescheduled for a different date.
